Serenity Mesa provides medical detox in our Crisis Triage Center, inpatient transitional living services, and housing opportunities for young people ages 14 to 20 who are struggling with an addiction to drugs and/or alcohol and may have a co occurring disorder.

Serenity Mesa
Serenity Mesa Recovery Center is a youth substance use treatment facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to helping adolescents and young adults who struggle with addiction to drugs and/or alcohol. We provide a safe, supportive environment and a continuum of care that includes detox, treatment, and housing.
